Adelaide Home Physiotherapy is Unley Physiotherapy’s mobile service operating within metropolitan Adelaide.

Unley Physiotherapy has been providing high quality physiotherapy services for over 30 years. Unlike many clinics that are now owned by large corporations, we remain family owned and 100% local.

We understand that attending one of our clinics is not always easy or preferable and so in response to regular requests we are now offering our expert wide range of services to people in their home or residential care facility.

We believe that different physiotherapy needs are best served by a physiotherapist with a passion and expertise in a specialist area.

Our Therapists

Estelle Coote

Estelle graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015. She has been working based in Adelaide since then.

As a part of her Physio career she has developed skills with hands on therapies through working in a Private Practice setting for a number of years and for the Mitcham Hawks football club. She has developed skills and a passion with helping clients to move better and manage pain and injury through exercise prescription and Pilates. Estelle also works in Aged Care and loves to help keep elderly clients active and pain free.

She believes that movement is the key to life and endeavours help people to get the most out of their bodies. Especially those that may find it challenging to access Physiotherapy otherwise.

In her spare time Estelle loves to keep fit and active, with a little help from her family dog Ralphy. Often she will spend the weekend by the beach or camping enjoying the great outdoors.

Suzanne McAdam

Neurological Physiotherapist

Suzanne graduated from the University of South Australia in 1995 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy. Since that time she has worked interstate and the UK and most recently back in Adelaide in senior neurorehabilitation positions.

She has extensive experience with many neurological conditions but has a particular interest in stroke and spinal injury. She is passionate in her work to assist people to achieve their maximum potential in their day to day life.

Bec, Suzanne and our other experienced staff are focused on maximising mobility and independence so people can stay in their home longer and/or can experience an enriched and improved quality of life.

Quality physiotherapy can help prevent hospital admission or nursing home placement.

A focus of our service, will be to work closely with and provide appropriate feedback to clients, their families, carers and other health professionals working with the client to provide integrated care.

We understand the need for effective communication with service co-ordinators, doctors, nurses, carers and other referrers.
